其次致曲。曲能有诚。诚则形。形则著。著则明。明则动。动则变。变则化。唯天下至诚为能化。

白话文：
比圣人差一些的贤人，在细微处下工夫，也能达到真诚的境界。达到真诚就会表现出来，表现出来就会逐渐显著，显著了就会发扬光大，发扬光大就会感动他人，感动他人就会引起转变，引起转变就能化育万物。只有天下最真诚的人能化育万物。

Those next to the sage focus on specific aspects of goodness. Through such focus, they attain sincerity. With sincerity, their virtue becomes visible; visible virtue grows prominent; prominence leads to brilliance; brilliance inspires action; action triggers change; change culminates in transformation. Only the most sincere under heaven can achieve such transformation.
